Shopping information

Yes. Your invoice is included in the order confirmation e-mail.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. If a product you receive is defective, contact us for a replacement or refund within 30 days.

Shipping information

For local orders, allow a shipping time of 2-3 days.

For European orders, allow a shipping time of up to 7 days.

For international orders, allow a shipping time of 7-14 days.

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

To Estonia:
Standard – from 6€
Parcel terminal – from 3€
Free shipping from 50€

To Europe:
Courier service within the Baltic States – from 15€, delivery time 2-4 working days
Courier service to other European countries – from 22 €, delivery time 2-4 working days.
Standard parcel to other European countries – from 15 €, with delivery time up to 21 working days.

International orders:
Standard package – from 30€, delivery time 7 – 14 working days.

Of course! We offer discreet shipping on all of our orders, and the packages don’t include our name anywhere.
